01. General Terms of Use
These terms and conditions apply to all users of the alona dt platform, accessible at alonadt.app. By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by these terms. Alona dt reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The alona dt platform is intended solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any attempt to use the platform for commercial gain, arbitrage, fraud, or any activity that interferes with normal platform operations is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of alona dt complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. By using the platform, you confirm that you are doing so voluntarily and that online betting is permitted in your location.
02. Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and use alona dt, you must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults. Alona dt takes underage access seriously and reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm age. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and any funds held will be handled in accordance with responsible gaming guidelines.
Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating duplicate, multiple or shared accounts is prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected linked to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances held pending review. Alona dt uses multiple methods to detect duplicate accounts, including device fingerprinting, IP address monitoring and payment method cross-referencing.
Account Information Accuracy
When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful and complete personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number and any other information requested during registration or subsequent verification. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and grounds for permanent account closure.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. Alona dt will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.
03. Deposits and Payments
All transactions on alona dt are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion involved — your balance, bets, winnings and withdrawals are all denominated in PKR throughout.
The following payment methods are accepted for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard and other mobile wallets as listed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically instant. Bank transfer and Raast timelines depend on the relevant institution's processing schedule.
Deposit Responsibilities
You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Using a payment method belonging to another person — even a family member — is not permitted and may lead to account suspension. Alona dt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Deposits are for genuine play purposes only. Attempting to deposit and withdraw funds without meaningful wagering activity may be treated as suspicious behaviour and investigated accordingly. Alona dt does not charge deposit fees on its end; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
04. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed back to the payment method used for your most recent deposit or to a verified account in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed quickly; bank transfers via Raast or direct transfer are subject to standard banking timelines.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, alona dt will require identity verification. This is a one-time process. You will be asked to provide a valid CNIC or equivalent identification document. Verification protects your funds and ensures they are paid to the correct person.
Withdrawal Conditions
Funds credited as part of a bonus must meet the stated wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Any withdrawal request that includes uncleared bonus funds before requirements are met will be declined or the bonus component forfeited. Alona dt reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal if additional verification is required, if suspicious account activity has been flagged, or if the withdrawal request is larger than the account's verified deposit history supports. In such cases, the support team will be in contact within 24 hours.
05. Betting Rules and Sports Markets
All bets placed on alona dt are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or game type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules. Cricket markets — including Pakistan national team fixtures, Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 Internationals and bilateral series — are subject to standard cricket betting rules as defined on the platform.
A bet is considered confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. Alona dt reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, event cancellation, or where it is determined that a bet was placed in violation of these terms. Voided bets are returned to your account balance as a stake refund.
In-Play Betting
Live in-play markets are available on selected cricket, football, and esports events. In-play odds change rapidly and bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. There is a brief processing delay between submitting an in-play bet and confirmation, during which the odds may change. If the odds change materially before your bet is confirmed, you will be shown the new odds and given the option to accept or decline.
Alona dt does not accept bets placed with the use of automated software, bots, or any method designed to exploit latency in odds feeds. Any accounts identified as using such methods will be suspended immediately.
06. Bonuses and Promotions
Alona dt offers various promotions including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and event-specific promotions around PSL and major cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to their individual terms, which are published on the Promotions page alongside each offer.
Unless stated otherwise, bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying bets before a withdrawal is permitted. Only bets placed on qualifying markets count towards wagering requirements; bets placed on certain low-margin or restricted markets may not contribute.
Bonus Restrictions
- Each player is entitled to one welcome bonus only, linked to their single account.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met.
- Alona dt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, or to void bonus funds if they were credited in error.
- Abusing promotions — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play or systematic exploitation — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.
07. VIP Programme
The alona dt VIP programme rewards consistent players with tiered benefits including faster withdrawal processing, enhanced cashback rates, higher bet limits and dedicated account support. Progression through VIP tiers is based on wagering activity over rolling time periods as defined on the VIP page.
VIP status and associated benefits are tied to a single account and cannot be transferred. Alona dt reserves the right to review, adjust or remove VIP status if account activity falls below the threshold for a given tier, or if terms violations are detected. VIP benefits are provided at alona dt's discretion and do not constitute a contractual obligation beyond what is stated at the time of tier entry.
08. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on alona dt and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent closure:
- Registering more than one account per individual
- Providing false personal information at registration or verification
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or exploit odds
- Colluding with other players to manipulate markets or outcomes
- Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent or illegal means
- Exploiting technical errors or system glitches to obtain funds or bets at incorrect odds
- Attempting to abuse bonuses or promotions through coordinated multi-account activity
- Using a payment method not registered in your own name
Any funds won through prohibited activity will be voided. Alona dt cooperates with payment processors and relevant authorities where illegal activity is suspected and will provide relevant account information as required.
09. Responsible Gaming
Alona dt is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is designed for adult entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties. We provide tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options, all accessible through your account settings.
If you feel that your gaming activity is no longer enjoyable or is causing financial or personal stress, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool or contact our support team. Alona dt will never encourage players to chase losses, to continue playing beyond stated limits, or to increase bet sizes as a recovery strategy. These behaviours are associated with problem gambling and we take them seriously. Any player who requests self-exclusion will have their account suspended promptly and will not receive promotional communications during the exclusion period.
10. Privacy and Data
Alona dt collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to data processing as described in that document. Data collected includes registration information, device details, transaction history and usage patterns. This data is used to operate the platform, process payments, verify identity, detect fraud and personalise your experience.
Alona dt does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers and other service partners necessary for platform operations, all of whom are bound by appropriate data protection obligations.
11. Limitation of Liability
Alona dt provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate odds, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Alona dt is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, delayed bet confirmations during server maintenance, or any factor outside our direct control.
Our maximum aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind.
12. Account Suspension and Termination
Alona dt reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is a reasonable belief that these terms have been breached, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to other players or the platform's integrity. In cases of genuine dispute, accounts may be suspended temporarily pending investigation before a final decision is made.
Players may close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method following standard processing times. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
13. Changes to These Terms
Alona dt may update these terms and conditions periodically. When material changes are made, notice will be provided through an in-platform notification or email. The most current version of the terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly displayed at the top. Your continued use of alona dt after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
If you disagree with any update to the terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange withdrawal of any real-money balance before closing your account.
